N. Korean outlet releases video of 'burning White House'

This composite photo is taken from a video uploaded by Uriminzokkiri, North Korea's propaganda Web site targeting South Korea, on March 18, 2013. The phrase reads, "The White House is caught in the panoramic sight of a (North Korean) long-range missile. This hotbed of war is in the scope of a nuclear bomb blow." The structure in the video still, however, appears to be the U.S. Capitol, not the White House. (No sales outside of S. Korea) (Yonhap)
