  • Bayern Munich hold the advantage going into the second leg of their UEFA Champions League quarter-final against AC Milan.

Daniel van Buyten's strike deep into injury time gave the German champions a 2-2 draw at the San Siro Stadium last week.

Goalkeeper Oliver Kahn and midfielder Mark van Bommel return after being suspended in the away leg.

However, coach Ottmar Hitzfeld has to contend with injuries to defender Willy Sagnol and midfielder Martin Demichelis for Wednesday's rematch.

Kahn knows Bayern will need to be totally focussed at the Allianz Arena.

    SOUNDBITE (German)
"Milan are a team that will never surrender and which are looking to progress to the next round through their top players. I think in our team no one is that stupid to think that we can succeed with less than 100 % effort from each of us. "

Victory for Bayern will set up a semi-final meeting with Manchester United who demolished AS Roma 7-1 to win 8-3 on aggregate on Tuesday night.
