[Soccer_MLS] Chivas USA beat NY Red Bulls 3-0 for their fifth straight win

Former US national team head coach Bruce Arena led the New York Red Bulls into California on Sunday to face Chivas USA. But it was not the start Arena would had been hoping for, as Chivas found the back of the net as early as the fourth minute. Ante Razov and Sacha Kljestan were both involved in the build up, Maykel Galindo provided the final touch. The visitors almost equalised only seconds into the second half, but John Wolyniec's shot was well saved. Chivas, though, scored their second 12 minutes later. Galindo brushed off Seth Stammler before chipping over Brad Guzan for his twelfth goal of the season. The hosts secured a 3-0 win after Jeff Parke was adjudged to have fouled Laurent Merlin in the penalty area. Ante Razov made no mistake from the spot for the 106th goal of his career. Chivas will be seeking their sixth straight win when they take on Los Angeles Galaxy, who will be without David Beckham, on Thursday.
