S. Korea's trade ministry launches English social media accounts
SEOUL, Sept. 21 (Yonhap) -- South Korea's trade ministry said Sunday it is launching three English-language social media accounts to better promote its policies to the global audience.
The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy will be operating the pages on Facebook, Twitter and Flickr starting Monday, it said in a press release.
In a congratulatory message, trade minister Yoon Sang-jick was quoted as saying, "Welcome! I hope our new English social network service (SNS) pages help foreign investors and companies find more great opportunities in the dynamic and creative South Korean economy."
