(Asiad) S. Korea takes two golds in men's bowling

INCHEON, Sept. 30 (Yonhap) -- South Korea added two more gold medals to its growing collection of bowling titles at the Asian Games on Tuesday, this time in the men's all-events and 5-player team.

Park Jong-woo scored a combined 5,047 points in the singles, doubles, trios and 5-player events to become the first South Korean to win the men's all-events title in 36 years. The events took place at the Anyang Hogye Gymnasium in Anyang, west of this Asiad host city.

At the team of five events on Tuesday, South Korean men combined for 6,228 points to give the host country its second straight title in the discipline. The South Korean players were Park, Choi Bok-eum, Kim Kyung-min, Shin Seung-hyeon, Kang Hee-won and an additional player, Hong Hae-sol.

South Korea has now won five gold medals in bowling, remaining on top of the sport's medal standings.
