SAO PAULO, April 25 (Yonhap) -- South Korean President Park Geun-hye has received intravenous fluids and shots due to stomachache and fever during her four-nation swing to South America, an official said Saturday.
Park complained of stomachache and fever apparently caused by swollen tonsils, presidential spokesman Min Kyung-wook said in Sao Paulo, where she is on a three-day state visit.
Park is set to leave for Seoul later in the day, winding up a 12-day South America trip that also took her to Colombia, Peru and Chile.
