SEOUL, Nov. 28 (Yonhap) -- Police said Saturday that they have decided not to allow farmers to hold a massive rally in central Seoul next month.
Police said they will formally inform the farmers' association of the decision on Saturday.
The move came two days after the association notified police that it planned to hold a rally near City Hall on Dec. 5.
Repeated calls to the association seeking comment went answered on Saturday.
