Defense firm LIG Nex 1 bags 217.7 bln won order

SEOUL, Dec. 27 (Yonhap) -- South Korean defense firm LIG Nex 1 said Wednesday it has signed a contract with the country's arms procurement agency to supply mid-range infantry guided missiles.
The 217.7 billion won (US$202 million) deal with the Defense Acquisition Program Administration is valid until Dec. 15, 2019, the company said in a regulatory filing.
The contract amounts to 11.7 percent of the company's revenue in 2016.
